Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 2215 South Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida.

I give this location a Zero. I called them today to rent a car for an emergency. The rep. took my info since I've rented cars from this location previously within the past year. I was told that there's a car reserved for me and was given a confirmation number. Then I was placed on hold and informed by another person that all cars are sold out. Now, why would you give someone a confirmation number and tell them that the car would be ready and then inform them that 'sorry, there are no vehicles available, we are all sold out, I don't know who told you that we had cars available. Although my experience at Enterprise was disappointing, I am very glad to give my business to a family-owned car rental business across from Enterprise, where customer service still exist.
